Delivery and Shipping Costs

The purchases made will be sent through the urgent messaging company MRW for Spain (Península) and GLS for international shipments, according to the option chosen by the customer.

Shipping costs:

SPAIN (Península) URGENTE- MRW 24-48 Hours, (orders made before 13h) Shipping costs 3,95 € (Free shipping with 50 € Purchase) Valid for Spain Peninsula. Delivery at home with 2 delivery attempts and availability to pick up at the nearest MRW office for 10 days in case of failure of delivery attempts.

EUROPE -GLS 3-5 Days Shipping costs 11 €

Except the products indicated with another delivery time indicated in each product.

If the order is made before 13 hours (Monday to Friday) the order will leave that same day. After 13 hours the order will be issued the next day. Delivery times are business days, may be affected by local or national holidays, no deliveries will be made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Delays beyond delay may occur Lucicris .

In the case of delays attributable to Lucicris (problems of manufacture or temporary stock breakages), the buyer will be informed by e-mail or by telephone of the status of your order.
