To place an order it is not necessary to be registered on the web. All prices include I.V.A At the time you want to make a purchase Lucicris, you will need to provide your personal data in order to be able to process the orders. The purchases made in Lucicris they are subject to the relevant legislation and other legislation. The purchases made within the member countries of the European Economic Community are subject to I.V.A.

Payment with Card
Payment by credit card used in Lucicris is done through the safe payment gateway TPV Virtual of Banco Santander. Through this payment modality Lucicris never collects or manipulates any data from the customer regarding their card number.
All data are treated directly by Banco Santander, so that Lucicris you can always offer the greatest transparency and confidentiality in the transaction. The payment of your order is made directly with the banking entity, thus offering you maximum security.
The cards currently supported by the paybridge are all those that have the distinctive Visa, Mastercard, as well as those belonging to the 4B, Red 6000 and Servired networks. The paybridge also accepts the payment system via iupay mobile phone.

Payment with Paypal
You do not need to have Paypal account, you can pay with your card without having Paypal account. This payment method has a cost of 6 % of your purchase.

Delivery and Shipping Costs
The purchases made will be sent through the urgent messaging company MRW and GLS for international shipments, according to the option chosen by the customer.
Shipping costs:
SPAIN (Península)URGENT.. MRW 24-48 Hours, (orders made before 13h) Shipping costs 3,95 € (Free shipping with 50 € Purchase) Valid for Spain Peninsula. Delivery at home with 2 delivery attempts and availability to pick up at the nearest MRW office for 10 days in case of failure of delivery attempts. Delivery notice and tracking number via SMS to the mobile phone.
PORTUGAL - MRW 24-48 Hours Shipping costs €9.95
EUROPA -GLS 3-5 Days Shipping Costs 11 €
Except the products indicated with another delivery time indicated in each product.
If the order is made before 13 hours (Monday to Friday) the order will leave that same day. After 13 hours the order will be issued the next day. Delivery times are business days, may be affected by local or national holidays, no deliveries will be made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Delays beyond delay may occur Lucicris .
In the case of delays attributable to Lucicris (problems of manufacture or temporary stock breakages), the buyer will be informed by e-mail or by telephone of the status of your order.
Product Returns and Changes
HYGIENIC CLOTHES AND SOCKS ARE NOT CHANGED
* FREE Changes* (Valid for orders over €50, Valid for Spain Peninsula) If the item you bought likes you, but you need another size, don't worry. You can change the size, we take care to collect it and deliver it for FREE! You have to contact us by asking for change by email info@lucicris.com or by phone 976 96 31 95. Only 1 free change per order will be valid.
Changes:
Spain (Península) If you request a change of size or product, we can make a delivery with collection in 24 hours, that is to say we give you the new product at your home and collect the product you want to change, with a delivery and collection costs of 6 € (which you must pay by bank transfer)
Portugal : If you request a change in size or product, we can give you a delivery in 72 hours, that is to say we give you the new product at your home and collect the product you want to change, with a delivery and collection costs of 18 € (which you must pay by bank transfer)
The products purchased in our store will have a change of 15 working days from the date of the order, after those 15 days no change can be made.
Product change is guaranteed by Lucicris in case of defect of manufacture of the same up to 7 days after receipt of the order.
The item to change has to be returned with its original packaging
Returns:
-If you wish to return any item you will have a period of 15 calendar days to count from the receipt of the order.
-Returns will not be accepted if the product does not go perfectly in its original packaging.
- The amount to be returned shall be the corresponding to the price of the item and under no circumstances shall other expenses be paid.
- Shipping costs per return are charged by the buyer, you can send it by the agency you want or we can collect it at home for 3,95 € (which would be discounted from the return, Valid in Spain Peninsula)

The refund will be made by the same payment method you used when making the purchase.
Please note that the shipping costs of the products you wish to return will be on behalf of the customer and in no case LUCICRIS will accept returns sent to due lots.
If after the return of the item/s the total cost of the initial order less the price of the returned products is less than 50 € in case of having chosen at the time of purchase MRW, we will discount you 3,95 € (including VAT) of the amount to be returned for shipping costs that you did not pay in your day.
Note: rejecting the delivery of an order does not mean that the package will be returned to the sender, you must accept the delivery of the order and follow the process indicated above to make your return. If the delivery is not accepted and the package is returned, the shipping costs generated by the return will be discounted.
